CLIMRisk - Medidas de adaptação às alterações climáticas na gestão dos riscos naturais e ambientais   

Objectives, activities and expected results/achievements:

The project has as main objective to propose measures of adaptation to climate change in the management of natural and environmental hazards, and parallel objectives:

(1) assess natural hazards and environmental study area;

(2) analyze scenarios of climate change for the study area;

(3) to analyze the risks associated with climate change;

(4) promote the debate on climate change and adaptation measures.

It is intended that the dissemination of project results or through the geoportal which will be developed, either by disclosure of the same in the region, can contribute to a change in the regional policies on measures of adaptation to changes climate change; as well as, to promote a greater knowledge of this subject by the population in general.
